In April we asked our exclusive bLink Advisory Council to give us advice on our new update for our bLink patient reminder software. Our bLink Advisory Council completed a 12 section survey rating different components of bLink 2.0. From Doctor Portal to text message features, we got feedback on it all.
As we continue to value the opinions our loyal clients, this survey allowed us to get a clear vision of where bLink 2.0 is headed. We are making sure bLink 2.0 doesn’t just have features we think you want, but we are making sure we include features we KNOW you need.
Here are the results for top 5 most wanted features:
Mass Text Messages
This feature allows practices to send texts messages to all responsible parties at one time.
SMS Confirmation
This feature allows patients to confirm appointments through text message just as they are able to do through bLink email reminders.
Feedback Survey
We introduced a new template for the Feedback Survey which will allow your practice will gain valuable insight into your patient’s experience after an office visit.
On demand videos
Now you have the option to upload your custom video(s) into bLink.
System alerts
Your practice will receive monitoring, reporting and sending alerts for potential issues with bLink.
bLink 2.0, the complete rewrite of bLink Pro, is coming with all new features. In fact there are 112 new features including interface changes, additional admin tools and bug fixes. From administrative features to Doctor Portal enhancements, this rewrite will change the way you send out patient reminders. bLink 2.0 is still on track to be released soon.
