Bill Poss
"CEO and President

"My favorite AAO memory comes from a meeting years ago in Toronto. I remember we had a very tiny booth and there were over 40 in our booth interested in what we had to offer, from that point I knew our venture into Orthodontics was going to be a success." -Bill P.

Sheri Netto
"National Sales Manager"

"My favorite AAO memory would be AAO Chicago and the Piano Bar, Howl at the Moon. Everyone from SBD went out after the show and ended up at this great piano bar. Tons of practices were there…I think AAO attendees may have taken the place over. Everyone was requesting songs, dancing and having a great time. It’s awesome to see everyone away from the “job” and have a chance to mingle, laugh and let lose." - Sheri N.

Website Design

Are you website's just template sites?

We feature custom website development. No templates and no canned content. Each site is developed based upon the attributes of the individual practice and its markets.

Why is a custom website important?

Because a web presence has very quickly become the single most, if not the only, external marketing tool available for your practice. It is all about online communications. No more newspaper, no more direct mail, no more yellow pages advertising; your investment needs to be on the web. And given that this is the single most important communications tool available shouldn’t it be the very best it can be? Do you really want your site the same as your competitors?

Why do I need a mobile-friendly site?

Most people are viewing sites from mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. If you don't have a mobile-site users viewing your site on mobile devices won't have the best experience viewing your content. Also, as of April 2015 Google places priority ranking on mobile-sites.

SEO

What is SEO?

SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” It is the process of getting traffic from the “free,” “organic,” “editorial” or “natural” search results on search engines. Our Search Engine Optimization services are focused on best establishing your website structure, content and set-up, as well as best positioning your website within the online ecosystem, so that you can meet your customers online, at the right time, the right place and in the right context.

Why do I need SEO?

All businesses strive to achieve the highest browser ranking and position possible. In a competitive market, SEO is the only way for your website to gain position.

How long do I need SEO?

SEO is a continuous process. There are many reasons for this; one of the most important reasons is that your competition is running SEO campaigns just like you. If you analyze your rankings over time, you will see that it’s a constant back-and-forth battle for top rankings between you and your competition. Stopping SEO will effectively take you out of the game. Your competitors will keep up with changing algorithms, link building strategies, and the changing methods of search and you will be left behind to see your website disappear from search results.

Social Media

How does Social Media help me?

Our social media services can enhance your online image and make your office a part of the social media revolution. If asked, we can help you build a fan base that will rival any old fashion mailing list, as well as help you keep your fan sites updated, relevant and timely. Also, Social Media is one of the top factors in high ranking in SEO.

Why can’t I run my account myself?

You can, but do you have the time? Do you have the experience? We do and we want to help you launch the best Social Media campaign for your practice.

How can SBD help me Social Media campaign?

We will work with you to create a successful campaign that meets all of your needs. We will run, manage and maintain all of your social media accounts for you. Having SBD run your accounts gives your staff one less thing to focus on and puts focus on in-office tasks.

From our custom design work to our innovative technology, Solutions by Design serves as prominent leaders within the Orthodontic market. We’ve been able to develop technology that is ahead of curve, join us as we continue to bring cutting edge technology into the market.

A few years ago we introduced Montage as technology created to offer the ultimate patient experience. We brought smart-touch technology to the market when traditional PC displays were the trend. We offered the ability to customize, organize and manage your own content, whereas other companies offered you canned stock content. Our goal as a company has been to create products that benefit you and your customer, and that is what we have done.

Touch driven products have seen huge success from smartphones to tablets. With the popularity of touch screens continuing to rise, it has now become expected for modern companies to provide touch-based products. Mc Donald’s, one of the most successful fast food restaurants in the world, has joined the touch-screen wave. The fast food giant has launched a program that will allow customers to build their own burgers on touchscreen kiosks. “The Create Your Taste digital touchscreen kiosks also has Dual Point technology which allows customers to order their food at one point and collect it at another. This creates a fuss-free experience for customers and cashless payment can be made at the self-ordering kiosks.” Touch-screen draws attention with its convenience and interactive ability. When patients visit office with Montage boards they are automatically drawn to the boards. This board hold information related to your practice and is an added way to make your patients feel connected to your practice.
