Meet Our Team: Chris Messineo

"Meet Our Team" is a special blog series where we highlight members of our amazing team. This series allows those involved with Solutions by Design can get to know us all a little better.

Ever wondered how are stunning animations are created ?            Meet Chris Messineo one of our amazing 3D artist.



Chris Messineo grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He received his Masters in visual effects at the Academy Of Art in San Francisco while working concurrently with Solutions By Design. Since then he has worked on visual effects for several major motion pictures including Real Steel, Green Lantern, Oz The Great And Powerful, and The Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2.


His work continues today in Los Angeles where he lives as he continues to work part-time with Solutions by Design. He is currently working on the Surgical Cases for ScreenPlay. “Chris is a 3D genius and does impeccable work,” said Bill Poss, SBD CEO and President. “It is good to be working with him again!”

Welcome to ScreenPlay News... with so many cool new things in the works with ScreenPlay, we feel like our users are missing out on many of the features and functionality within this powerful application. ScreenPlay News is a new monthly document that will help keep you up to date on new features, new content, any bug fixes as well as tips on what other practices are doing with ScreenPlay around the world.

We have just finished the creation of new content that we know our ScreenPlay Users will love. The new content includes:

  • Carriere SLX animations

  • An Expander Tad series

  • New upgrade to Class III animations

  • A series for DynaFlex

  • And our Skeletal animations are progressing

Highlighted feature:


ScreenPlay currently is available in five different languages. As our international success continues to grow this feature has become more and more popular. For our domestic users this feature allows for better communication between doctors and patients. Each language includes the audio tracks for animations and videos as well as caption copy. The languages currently available are English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese.

bLink News



“bLink News”. Our goal is to distribute information on each of our products monthly so you are aware of any new features, bugs and fixes as well as tips on what other practices may be doing to maximize the impact of using our product.

 

What’s New?


Our most recent promotion for bLink was a huge success, bringing aboard many new clients to the Solutions by Design team. We want to make sure that our clients realize that bLink is the best patient reminder systems. Our doctors are hearing great reviews from patients who love the text and email reminders. We have more features than our competition such as our user friendly interface.



The bLink Cloud 9 collaboration is still on track for its September 2014 release.  bLink Aire (bLink 2.0) . bLink Aire is a complete rewrite of bLink Pro and will offer many, many new user features as well as offer integrations with Cloud Based Versions of your management software. We are adding a complete suite of management tools to provide instant messaging to our users advising of any missed syncs, or conflicts or errors.

We are still working hard on our bLink E-toons, animated cartoon messaging. We have recently hired an animator/programmer allowing more focus on the E-toons module. This is an add-on module that is sure to put a smile on the faces of your patients. We are developing a series of 11 E-toons which will be located under the Appointments, Patient Education and Events tabs

Montage News is a monthly brief which will include information on feature enhancements and user tips.  A copy of this newsletter will be emailed to you once per month.  You can also find a copy on Facebook if you have “Liked” our page.  A Blog under the Montage product will also archive all of our newsletters.

With its sleek design, this 4-foot kiosk is great for display of Montage. You may also add a personal touch to your kiosk placing your logo on the base. You can assure that your board will be safe with security locks and secure with a base that can be bolted down. The Montage Kiosk is available for ordering now, ideal for those with 42” boards.

SEO... Leave it to the Professionals


Many businesses think “SEO seems simple, why do I need to hire someone to do it.” It’s the same reason you visit a mechanic instead of fixing your car yourself. You need a professional.

When Google came along around 10 years ago and changed the search engine market, the need for SEO became more important. Without the proper SEO the online presence of your practice can get lost. Also, establishing the online presence without SEO can be difficult, which can be of importance to starting up a new practice.

Solutions by Design takes pride in the SEO component of our company. Last month our clients showed an increase in web traffic of 11%, while rankings for the past twelve months rose by an average of 5% across the board. With our SEO help, clients will see increased web traffic and rankings in search engines over time. On the other hand, there are many SEO companies that guarantee results overnight, but the methods they’re using do more harm than good to your business.

They will tell you, “We can get you to the number one position within a month!,” but no reputable SEO company makes such guarantees.
