The local chapter of the Volga German Society has selected SBD to develop an interactive display to tell their story of the exodus of millions of Germans from Russia to the Central California area. Visitors to the Fresno Museum will able to trace the journey and settlement of millions as they overcame hardships and created a new life for themselves her in the Fresno area. The Volga River was a rich region of Russia and home to many German communities until they were forced to uproot themselves leaving their homes, businesses and churches as Joseph Stalin had other ideas for these individuals.
